Our mobility specialists are available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can help by:
- Conducting a short assessment of individual mobility needs
- Assist in explaining and accessing best transportation options
- Prepare individualized travel plans
- Directly connect you to Via’s transportation services
- Provide guidance for aging individuals and their families faced with the life-altering dilemma of giving up the car keys
- Follow up to ensure plans are enhancing mobility and independence
