Denise joined the Via Mobility Services team in 2020 when Via Mobility Services took over operations of Seniors’ Resource Center’s (SRC) transportation division. She was familiar with Via Mobility Services through her role at SRC and was excited to join Via Mobility Services when the opportunity arose. Denise was thrilled to continue her work in the nonprofit sector through this role and appreciates that Via Mobility Services values its employees, fosters a healthy work-life balance, and pursues a meaningful mission.
Before entering the transportation field, Denise worked as a Waiting Child Manager in adoption. She spent 15 years in international adoption, helping place children with special needs into loving families. This work brought her great joy in connecting families and even helped her fulfill her dream of becoming a mother by adopting four daughters from China.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family. She looks forward to annual camping and fishing trips with family and friends, as well as traveling—especially road trips with her daughters and parents. Denise’s close-knit family also gathers for weekly happy hours, always enjoying time together and catching up on the week’s events.
