Via Mobility Services is not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, controlled by, partnered with, or otherwise connected to Via Transportation, Inc., the New York City-based transportation technology company that operates through ridewithvia.com, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, investors, executives, officers, directors, employees, contractors, products, services, business operations, legal matters, or corporate activities. Although the organizations share the word “Via” in their names, they are entirely separate entities with different missions, governance structures, ownership, management, operations, funding sources, and service models.
Via Mobility Services, founded in 1979, has operated as an independent nonprofit organization serving Boulder County and surrounding Colorado communities, providing transportation services that support independence, mobility, and quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, and other community members.
