How the Schedule Works
- Before the Event: Buses begin approximately 90 minutes prior to showtime. For a 7:30 PM performance, shuttles pick up from 6:00 PM onward.
- Frequency: Arrivals approximately every 15–20 minutes.
- Drop-off: All inbound buses drop off on Baseline between 10th and Lincoln Place (near the Trolley Stop at Chautauqua Park). It’s about a 0.1-mile (four-minute) walk with a 100-foot elevation gain to the Auditorium.
- Return Trips: After the event, head to the rear of Chautauqua Auditorium. Shuttles load to the east of the Auditorium and continue running until all riders are returned to their original pickup area.
Accessibility & Special Needs
- Wheelchair-Accessible ADA Vehicle: Pick up from New Vista High School. If you need a smooth, level boarding experience, plan to catch the ADA vehicle there.
- Transfer Options: You may board any downtown or 27th Way shuttle, then transfer at New Vista High School to the ADA vehicle. Our team is committed to respectful, caring service, ensuring safety first and positive problem-solving for every rider.
Parking Alternatives
- 27th Way Park-n-Ride: Convenient for those coming from the outskirts; connect to the free shuttle.
- New Vista High School Lot: Ideal for ADA riders; park and transfer.
- Downtown Parking Garages: If you prefer to drive downtown, locate a garage and then hop on the shuttle at one of the Pearl Street Mall stops.
