Building a Better Boulder: Via Mobility Services Joins Local Leaders to Advance Sustainable Transportation and Homelessness Solutions
On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Frank W. Bruno, CEO of Via Mobility Services, spent the day in conversations focused on strengthening Boulder’s community connections.
Frank took part in a Boulder Chamber of Commerce roundtable on one of the most pressing issues facing our community—homelessness in Boulder County. The discussion brought together leaders from business, government, and the nonprofit sector ahead of the Boulder City Council’s August 14 study session, focusing on practical, compassionate solutions that uplift our unhoused neighbors and ensure Boulder remains welcoming and safe for all.
This is work we’ve been committed to for years. Via Mobility Services partners with the City of Boulder, Boulder County, and the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless (known as All Roads) to provide morning and evening shuttle services connecting Downtown Boulder, Boulder transit centers, and the shelter. These rides are more than transportation—they’re a vital link to services, opportunities, and community belonging.
Frank also met with CU Boulder Chancellor Justin Schwartz and a group of local business leaders to discuss university initiatives—many in partnership with Via Mobility Services. This fall, we’ll launch CU Boulder shuttle services to help students, faculty, staff, and visitors move across campus more easily. By improving access to campus transportation and investing in sustainable mobility, we’re helping lower emissions and supporting CU’s and the broader community’s shared environmental goals.
At Via Mobility Services, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to move. We partner with our community to create inclusive transportation solutions that support connection, dignity, and independence for all people.
