This outing is more than a shopping trip. It’s a chance for friendship, fresh air, and independence. For Kathleen, this weekly ride is an essential part of her routine.
“Your black bus is sparkly, clean. I’ve ridden other buses and cars that were filthy, but Via keeps everything shiny and clean. You want to get on and ride like that. And they make sure everyone has their seat belt on, so nobody gets hurt.”
Kathleen and her husband recently made the major decision to go car-free, and Via Mobility Services gives them the confidence to get wherever they need to go.
“The people on the bus make it. The driver knows where he’s going, and we’re just riding. It gets us out of the building for a little while. When we come back, I’m ready to come home.”
