Via Mobility Services offers older adults and people living with disabilities a way to get from one place to another. Via provides a valuable human service through our caring, compassionate, individualized mobility services that support your independence.
Via Paratransit is an alternative transportation service from any origin to any destination in our service area. Paratransit is a shared-ride service, and schedules change daily based on where riders need to go.
Drivers escort riders door-through-door and assist them on and off the bus.
“The Via driver comes right to my door and then assists me into the waiting room. From daily appointments to errands around town, Via helps me get where I need to go.”
A ride on our paratransit service is more than just a trip. While we get you from one place to another, what you will experience is so much more. A new community will open up to you while you ride, including friendly, helpful drivers and other riders you’ll get to know.
Before you can begin riding with Via Paratransit, please call a Mobility Specialist at 303-444-3043 or complete the online Client Intake Form to begin registration. A family member or caregiver may complete the phone interview or online form and request a ride for you.
When you call, we will ask a few questions to assess your travel and mobility needs and see if the paratransit program is right for you. If appropriate, the Mobility Specialist can schedule your first ride. We may discuss other transportation options with you.
Once you complete the registration process by phone, you will be a registered rider and may request a ride by phone or online.
