Zoe joined the Via team in 2018 as a Grants and Contracts Coordinator. She quickly became a Grants and Partnerships Manager, and in 2022 was promoted to Director of Development and Communications.
Zoe currently leads Via’s fundraising, marketing, and communications strategies, but says the most important thing she does is strengthen the people systems–both externally with clients and stakeholders–and internally with the entire Via team.
Before Via, Zoe was a digital marketing entrepreneur, a community relations coordinator, and a nature educator. She has a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut.
Zoe believes that mobility, or the freedom to move, is an essential part of a thriving society. She cares deeply about equitable and sustainable multi-modal transportation and treats everyone with warmth and positivity.
Her outside work interests include art and exploring new trails, museums, recipes, and restaurants.
