Crystal began her journey at Via Mobility Services in 2018 as a reservationist. After a brief departure, she rejoined the team in 2022.
“I love building relationships with our clients on the phone,” Crystal shares. “I enjoy making them happy and brightening their day.”
In February 2023, Crystal transitioned to the role of Mobility Specialist and has flourished in public outreach to the community. Grateful for her supportive colleagues, she feels at home at Via Mobility Services.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, three children, and her beloved dog.
