Adriana began her journey with Via Mobility Services in 2019 as a reservationist and dispatcher. With prior experience as a Lead IT Support at IBM, she quickly advanced to Call Center Lead, where she developed her skills in team leadership and operations.
In 2025, she transitioned into the position of Director of Operations for Paratransit Services and Mobility, where she continues to support her colleagues and serve the community.
“I find immense joy in giving back to the community, and working for Via Mobility Services has given me the opportunity to do just that,” Adriana shares.
Outside of work, she treasures time with her family and enjoys visiting them in Mexico, keeping close the connections that inspire her personally and professionally.
