As of July 1, 2020, Via Mobility Services has assumed Seniors’ Resource Center Transportation. Read the press release here.
Do I need to register for Via?
- No. The SRC and Via teams are working on converting all rider profiles into Via’s system. Your registration with Via will happen automatically.
Will my service stay the same?
- Yes! Your service will stay the same. Via is bringing the trusted SRC drivers and staff on board to join the Via team.
Will anything change?
- You may notice a new driver, uniform, or Via-branded vehicle. Via is deploying more resources to cover current trip denials.
Will my rides still be free?
- Yes! Your rides will remain free.
How do I schedule a ride?
- For now, you will still call 303-235-6972 to schedule rides. Later this summer, Via will provide more information about requesting rides online.
Is Seniors’ Resource Center closing?
- No. Seniors’ Resource Center’s wraparound Adult Day, Respite, and Community services are still available. With this transition, SRC can focus more deeply on providing outstanding care to seniors and adults with disabilities, their caregivers, and families.
Is Via accepting new riders in the former-SRC service area?
- Not at this time. Via will be rolling out more information about service extensions later this year.
Can I travel to Via’s other service areas?
- Not at this time. Via will be rolling out more information about service extensions later this year.
