2021 Annual Report Reveals Growth

As we near the close of 2022, it’s a great time to look back at the accomplishments of our previous year. Our 2021 Annual Report shows that despite the lasting pandemic, Via Mobility Services grew significantly while providing vital services to older adults and people with mobility issues. Here are some highlights of what we achieved.

Via Paratransit/Accessible Transportation

  • The number of passenger trips in Denver County increased by 708% in 2021 compared to 2020.

Mobility Options

  • Via’s call center received 22,171 calls about services, a 462% increase compared to 2020.

Volunteers

  • Volunteers made more than 10,000 trips to deliver farm-fresh groceries to people in need.

Earned Income Contracts

  • The HOP: More than 245,000 trips were provided.
