Celene Macias is a Call Center and Dispatch Supervisor at Via Mobility Services, where she supports the day-to-day coordination of call center and dispatch operations. She also helps address customer concerns and works with internal teams to resolve scheduling and service challenges. What matters most to Celene is making sure riders feel heard and supported, and that every interaction with reservations is as smooth and helpful as possible.
She previously served as a Bilingual Reservationist with Via Mobility Services, building on her experience in customer service and operations. Before joining Via Mobility Services, Celene worked as an Administrator at Nordstrom Rack, a Shift Supervisor at Walgreens, and an Inventory Specialist.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her parents and siblings, who are a constant source of encouragement and motivation for her.
