LaDonna began her journey at Via Mobility Services as a two-week temporary assignment in Human Resources, but it quickly became clear she had found her professional home. She was inspired by Via’s mission and the genuine care of her colleagues, and from that first day, she knew she wanted to grow with Via and help make a difference in the community.
As Executive Assistant, LaDonna supports the CEO, Board, and leadership team with meeting coordination, records management, and project management. She also provides support across multiple departments with data management and operational tasks, ensuring the organization runs efficiently.
For LaDonna, mobility means living life to the best of your abilities. After eight years at Via, she finds inspiration every day in the stories of riders whose independence and participation in their communities are made possible through Via’s services.
Outside of work, LaDonna enjoys time with her husband and family, reading, movies, and playing pool. Before joining Via, she held leadership roles at IBM, worked in schools, and devoted over a decade to raising her children—experiences that continue to shape her dedication to the community.
