Service Change Due to Arctic Front

Via’s paratransit service will provide only medical-related trips beginning at 4 p.m., Monday, Dec. 29. All other trips will be rescheduled. The Call Center will remain open normal business hours.

On Tuesday, Dec. 30, Via will provide service during its normal business hours. As extreme cold is predicted, riders are asked to contact the Call Center to cancel or confirm a scheduled trip. Via is not taking new trips requests for Tuesday, Dec. 30.
