HOP Social Distancing Requirements

The City of Boulder’s HOP service, which is operated by Via, is still up and running.

The safety of our riders and drivers is our top priority, so we’ve implemented a new rule to comply with current social distancing requirements. Pleases do not sit in the blocked off seats near the front of the bus.

We ask that all riders, please remain six (6) feet behind our driver while riding the HOP. Additionally, when possible, please sit at least six (6) feet from other riders.

In addition to these requirements, we have increased the frequency of cleaning for each bus. Each bus is thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day, and surfaces on the bus are wiped down in the middle of the day by a cleaning crew or our drivers.

Thank you for your help during this difficult time. Together, we can help flatten the curve.
