What does this transition mean?
- All rides will need to be scheduled by calling us at (303) 447-9636 until the new portal is launched.
- Call Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- A new, improved scheduling experience is on its way! We will email Via’s online rider portal users when the new system is launched.
- You can still call to book your trips up to seven (7) days in advance.
