Via’s scheduling software should be back to normal by Tuesday, August 16 in the afternoon. All trips previously scheduled for Tuesday, August 16 will be completed using old-fashioned paper manifests. There will be no trip notification calls tonight, August 15. You may call 303.447.9636 during business hours on Tuesday to request future trips as well as same day trips; however, be prepared to wait a little longer as the software program is still a little sluggish.
