Nayeli joined Via Mobility Services to advance her career while making a meaningful difference in the community. She is passionate about supporting independence through reliable transportation, which she sees as a way for people to fully explore life and stay connected.
As a Bilingual Mobility Specialist, Nayeli guides riders through the initial intake process, explains available services, and helps identify alternative transportation options that meet each person’s unique mobility needs. She also represents Via at community outreach events, sharing information about our programs and resources.
Before her current role, Nayeli supported our community through outreach initiatives and previously worked in retail, where she developed strong customer service and communication skills. Her hands-on experience allows her to connect with riders in a personal and understanding way.
Outside of work, Nayeli enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.
