Cecilia Younger was a Via Mobility Services driver before she became a trainer. That experience helps her anticipate and understand the needs of drivers.
She values being responsive and making sure drivers know the training team is always there for them.
Operations Specialist John Heins has been working at Via for several years in a variety of roles.
Now he supervises and supports HOP drivers, helping them be safe, prepared, and successful on the road.
Lead Bus Detailer Claire Brown takes pride in keeping Via Mobility Services vans, shuttles, and buses clean and tidy. After all, the vehicles are drivers’ home away from home.
