We have implemented a new cancelation line as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline Via’s reservation process and minimize wait times.
What to Know
- Instead of waiting for an available reservationist, you can now cancel your ride by leaving a message on the cancellation line.
- When you call the reservationist line, 303-446-9636, you are prompted with a new menu. To cancel a ride, choose option 4.
- Please leave your name, phone number, and the date and time of the ride(s) you would like to cancel. Once you leave a message, our dispatchers are notified and will cancel your ride(s).
- You can leave a message on this line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
